Nic Vega is a scientist and theoretician, committing crimes against nature for a better tomorrow.  As an avatar of the Promethean will, Dr. Vega functions as equal parts innovative force and cautionary tale.  When not experimenting on archaic spirits or dreaming up fresh atrocities for the world of Unhallowed Metropolis, she can be found in her laboratory, working tirelessly to circumvent the coming Plague.
